Do you also have depression or anxiety? Do you also suffering from Depression in your life? Do you also get irritate more often?



You feel just to run away from all these things, instead of diverting your mind to something you probably stuck into the thoughts. We all have suffered from depression at point of life due to heartbreaks, dreams, failure ,family issues etc.But there is no place where everything is perfect. You have heard this phrase that Life is a roller-coaster. It is not possible that life goes in a straight line.

Then what to do? How to come out from depression ?

What is Depression? 

Depression is a mood disorder when a person facing anger issue,irritation,frustration, feeling of sadness overtime.

80% of people are suffering from depression in different ways. It may be due to daily life issues,business or job problems, relationships problems and include many other reasons.Depression affect your life badly and can destroy your valuable relationships too. Depression leads to mood swings and control your mind negatively. 



Symptoms of Depression

These are some symptoms of depression by which you can self assessment that you actually suffering from depression or not.


  • Changes in your Behavior- you don't want to go outside, you don't want to meet people ,it just you want to be alone with your thoughts.
  • Changes in your Feelings- you feel pact of confidence, you always feel guilty that you have done so wrong with your self ,you feel all time upset and full of stress and frustration.
  • Changes in your thoughts-  you always feel that you are loser ,you are a failure ,you overthink ,you became a victim that every bad happened with you.
  • Physical changes- you feel tiredness ,suffering from body pain, fluctuations in body weight-loss or gain, suffering from insomnia or feel sleepy all the day.


How to Come Out of Depression

These are some ways by which you can overcome depression and live a stress free life. These ways will help you to come out of depression but not in a overnight you have practice them regularly and set your mind to be positive.




  • Its OK to cry if you feel-  when you feel mental stress undoubtedly it's feel heavy in your heart. You feel like cry you just want to cry out all the pain you are dealing with so long ,so it is fine to cry. There is no shame in crying. When you cry out your pain it's feel relax. You feel light.  
  • Practice Yoga- Do yoga daily in the morning. Do exercise you like to do. When you indulge yourself in the physical activities your body get relax and calm your mind. Yoga boost your happy chemical which give relief to your brain and lower the stress level. Yoga make your body and mind healthy . It helps you to feel positive.
  • Travel to your favorite places- Make a list of you favorite places or destination where you always wanted to go. Traveling to your favorite will give you confidence that you can handle any situation perfectly and you do not need anyone to complete you. You are all you need to come out of your depression. New places will give knowledge of life. You meet new people and learn new things. Traveling new places will give insight of different cultures across the country and the world.
  • Do not Isolate yourself- When you are depressed try to indulge yourself in some activities . Try to make your mind busy in something . Do not isolate yourself because you may experience low self esteem and anxiety. It will impact bad effect on your mind. Slowly and gradually it will affect you immune system. You start hate how to it makes you feel and you don't know what to do and how to change and you start overthinking and ruin your mental health.
  • Enhance your Skills- Give proper time to yourself . Try to enhance your skills. If you like cooking ,go for the cooking classes ,if you like dance ,go for dancing classes ,attend Zomba classes and etc . Invest in yourself it will give you confidence. Help you to deal with anxiety. Be the best version of you. Learn new skills ,invest in your dreams. Learn and do the things you always wanted to do.
  • Do Meditation- Do meditation regularly atleast for 15 min. It will soothe your mind and relax your soul. Meditation is the best medicine to cure depression and anxiety. Practicing of meditation will give you positive vibes and enhance your confidence. Meditation helps you to discover your inner strength and guide you towards right direction. Meditation helps you to control stress and decrease anxiety.
  • Go for Adventure - If you have ever thought for the adventures ,just do it now. There are lots of options you will find .Just go beyond your phobia and overcome your fear. It will boost your energy and enthusiasm to live better life . You can go for the mount climbing,tracking,river-rafting , paragliding and etc. Adventure therapy is a powerful and effective depression and anxiety treatment. 
  • Do not compare yourself to other- It's totally fine to be different. You should not compare yourself to other because the grass is always greener of the other side. You always think that someone others life is happier than yours. Then,you start comparing everything with other. You more focus on others life rather than yourself. You should focus on yourself and invest time onto your life. Find the loops where you are lacking. It's perfectly fine to be not perfect because God made you this way.
  • Talk and share- if you are feeling heavy with your thoughts then talk and share to someone you are really close. Sometimes problems are not big we just overthink and make it worst .so sharing and talk out your heart to someone will give you different aspect of that problem. Spend your time with your family and hangout with your friends are best remedies to get rid of depression. When you have nothing but your family who support you constantly I think you don't need anything else.
